Kandi Burruss' Son Ace Gets a Head Start on Potty Training
Baby Ace is already doing big things — and the #RHOA mom doesn't want to hear any trash talking about it.
Kandi Burruss' son Ace Wells Tucker is only four months old, but that doesn't mean the tot isn't already excelling in many areas of life. For starters, he's already potty trained! Well, sort of. At the Tucker-Burruss house, Ace is at home on the throne thanks to an assist from his dad, Todd. "@acewellstucker sleeps through the night with out peeing in his diaper. So I put him on the potty every Morning and he pees in the toilet! #daddydaycare," The Real Housewives of Atlanta dad shared on Instagram.
And Kandi was quick to shoot down the haters and trash talkers following the reveal, noting that she approached potty training in a similar fashion when her eldest daughter, Riley, was a baby. "Ok I know a lot of people are gonna talk trash because we have #Ace on the potty already but I did the same thing with @rileyburruss. I bought the baby toilet seat that fits on top of the toilet & for the past week we've been putting Ace on the toilet in the mornings," she wrote. "As soon as we sit him up there he pees. One time he pooped & peed. It helps to get them used to the concept early. I don't expect him to be fully potty trained early but it does help. I've done it before so I'm speaking from experience. I'm not saying it will work for anyone else but this works for us. Today I didn't get the diaper off quick enough & he started going as soon as I sat him on the toilet! He got me!"
Below, Kandi reveals how she managed to shake off the baby weight following Ace's birth.
