Kate Chastain Shares a Hilarious Glimpse Inside Her Self-Quarantine with Her Dog
The Below Deck alum is revealing how she and Halo are staying busy in self-isolation.
Kate Chastain is getting some serious bonding time with her dog, Halo, during her self-quarantine. The Below Deck alum took to Instagram to share a glimpse of the “new isolation hobbies” that she and her pup have taken up at home amid the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
On April 9, Kate posted a video of her hilarious efforts to train Halo outdoors during their self-quarantine. In the clip, she can be seen kneeling on the grass while Halo runs around in frenzied circles around her. Though Halo looks to be burning off some serious energy, the training is still a work-in-progress, as Kate hinted at in the caption.
“New Isolation hobbies include: dog training. Unfortunately the command was 'stay,'” she wrote alongside the video.
The two seem to be getting plenty of quality time outside, as Kate shared in a second Instagram post capturing Halo posing adorably in front of a pretty sunset. “I don’t even know what day it is anymore but let the record show: it’s probably the day I entered my “covid grey gardens” phase,” she wrote. “And i freaking love it. I don’t have the heart to tell halo Coachella is canceled.”
Kate may not know what day it is, but one thing’s for sure: She has one of the cutest self-quarantine buddies around!
