Katharine McPhee Reveals the “Real Reason” She Married David Foster
The actress/singer and RHOBH ex-husband are celebrating their first wedding anniversary.
It was one year ago that Katharine McPhee and David Foster married in a lavish ceremony in London. And cut to 12 months later, and the singer/actress and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ex-husband are living in wedded bliss. Now Mrs. Foster No. 5 is shedding some light on why she married the famed producer/songwriter.
It all started when pop star Charlie Puth noted on Twitter: "The second chord (E minor something) in the intro of 'I Have Nothing' by Whitney Houston will always give me chills. That warm pad under the DX7 piano when it comes in wowwwwwwwwww."
Katharine then responded about her husband, who just so happened to write the track: "The real reason I married David."
She also paid homage to her husband to mark their one-year wedding anniversary: "A year ago today I married the love of my life. Thank you for always loving me and inspiring me in all aspects of my life. I love you. Here’s to the future!"
David, who was previously married to Yolanda Hadid, also shared a message for his wife: "Happy anniversary to the love of my life!!"
Katharine will also spill all about her hubby and their relationship in the documentary, Off the Record.
"He runs, but I come chasing for him," she said in a preview clip posted online. "But I did tell him, I said, 'there are gonna be times that I need you to come find me.'"
