As she tries to get her sandwich shop with Ariana Madix open, Katie Maloney is taking on a new career venture entirely — and it involves a Vanderpump Rules alum.
The Vanderpump Rules O.G. kicked off the New Year by sharing some exciting job news on her Instagram feed.

Katie Maloney and Dayna Kathan's New Podcast
The former SUR waitress is officially getting back into the podcasting game. On January 4, Katie announced that she would be releasing the first episode of her podcast, Disrespectfully, on January 10. She also confirmed that she'll be co-hosting the series with her close pal, Dayna Kathan, who appeared on Season 8 of Vanderpump Rules.
"DISRESPECTFULLY launching January 10th on the Envy Media Network wherever you get your podcasts! New episodes every Wednesday..." Katie and Dayna captioned their collaborative post on Instagram.
In a comment underneath the announcement post, Katie shared that she was "Soooo excited" about the podcast.
In a separate comment, Dayna added that she was feeling "SO UNBELIEVABLY EXCITED!!!!"
In an Instagram Story, Dayna also wrote, "[Katie] and I have been working on this for a very long time. So excited to finally announce it..."
James Kennedy's girlfriend, Ally Lewber, also reacted to the exciting news. "Yes congrats you two," she commented. "Can’t wait to hear it!!"
What to Expect from Katie Maloney on Vanderpump Rules Season 11
According to her bio for the upcoming 11th season of Vanderpump Rules, Katie has a lot of other exciting things going in her life besides her podcast.
"With more distance from her divorce, Katie Maloney is exploring life as a single woman and dating, even if her pursuits strike too close to home for her ex-husband, Tom [Schwartz]," her official bio for the new season reads. "A previous indiscretion comes to light and threatens to upend her and Scheana [Shay's] renewed friendship as well as her cordial post-divorce relationship with Tom."
Plus, she's looking to move forward with opening Something About Her.
"With permit hold-ups and ongoing issues, Something About Her is a work in progress, and opening a restaurant is proving to be more challenging than anticipated," it concludes.
