Kelly Dodd Is Not Afraid to "Continue Evolving" After Attending Anger Management
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member opened up about the experience.
On Tuesday (December 10) episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Kelly Dodd and Emily Simpson met with a therapist to help them with anger management. The two spoke about their childhood, triggers, and their reasons for wanting to control their anger today. In The Real Housewives of Orange County After Show, the two spoke more about the experience.
Kelly, who has been to anger management before, joked that she did previously pass the class but got a C. "I'm not a perfect person; I'm not going to claim that I am. I already know I'm a horrible person. I'm kidding, but I'm not going to succumb to having people tell me how horrible I am."
She said that she and Emily have a lot of common, which led them to seek anger management.
"She and I are very much alike. We always want to learn; we always want to make ourselves better. We know we're not perfect people. We see our faults; we see ourselves," Kelly explained.
And following the episode, Kelly took to Twitter to offer her current thoughts about seeking help. "Never be afraid to be a work in progress and continue evolving," she wrote.
