Kenya Moore: I Would Never Call Apollo a Friend
The 'RHOA' star calls Apollo's accusations despicable and embarrassing.
Just when you thought Real Housewives of Atlanta's text-gate may have been over, Kenya Moore has weighed in on Apollo Nida telling wife Phaedra Parks that he could have slept with the former Miss USA if he wanted to.
"It's embarrassing," she tells OK! Magazine before going on to say, "I would never call him a friend. I’ve never given him any indication that he could do something sexual with me. I think it’s just despicable and it’s so untrue."
So why did Apollo say it? Kenya's astute observation: "It was an effort to provoke his wife, Phaedra...If you’re ever around them, the only thing they ever do is fight."

If so, the provocation certainly worked and things were definitely chilly in the Parks-Nida household, until Apollo took some advice from Cynthia Bailey's husband Peter and finally took some responsibility for his part in the scandal.
Meanwhile, Kenya presumably has more pressing matters on her mind these days. She recently revealed that she plans to get pregnant via in vitro fertilization within the next 6 months and underwent fibroid surgery to help make that a reality.
