Kim Kardashian Opens Up About Her Body Dysmorphia: “I’m So Insecure”

Kim Kardashian joins sister Kourtney Kardashian for her birthday trip to Mexico on the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. But instead it of being a celebratory occasion for everyone, it's a traumatizing trip for Kim.
When she arrives at Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis' mansion, she's quickly overcome with anxiety that she and her friends and family will be a target in Mexico, a fear that she attributes to being robbed in Paris last year. She worries that this is "becoming a condition." Talking to Francis, who was also once kidnapped, calms her down, but soon some paparazzi taking unflattering pictures of her on the beach in a bikini ignite another big insecurity.
“You take pictures and people just body shame you. It’s like literally giving me body dysmorphia," she admits. While she may portray a strong image that has involved taking many a sexy picture or selfie, she reveals, "I'm so insecure."
