Kim Kardashian Skips Out on Family Party in Light of Paris Robbery
The reality starlet opted out of a #KUWTK celebration this week after her traumatic experience in Paris.
A little over a week after being robbed in Paris, Kim Kardashian didn't join her family on Tuesday night when they gathered to celebrate the end of the most recent season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. In photos posted on Instagram, Kim's siblings Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, as well as Kourtney's ex, Scott Disick, were all on hand at the "That's a wrap" party.
The wrap party comes days after E! revealed that production had been put on hold until further notice. “Kim’s well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume,” the statement reads, according to PEOPLE, which further reports that Kris Jenner also made a cameo at the get-together.
While Kim is normally very active on social media, she has not updated any of her feeds since the October 3 robbery, in which she was held at gunpoint and $10 million in jewelry was stolen from her. Her family has been mostly quiet since the incident, but Khloe addressed Kim's current status with Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show this week. "I mean, she's not doing that well," she said. "It's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together. We do appreciate all your guys' love and support and it will take time. It's horrible what happened to her."
Khloe further called the events "a wake-up call to make a lot of life adjustments, but this is a really serious matter for Kim."
