Kim Rants About… Kanye Ranting?

Following Kanye West's hospitalization last week, it was rumored that production for Keeping Up with the Kardashians had been shut down. Sources told TMZ that cameras stopped rolling on the series and production would potentially be halted through the end of the year, if not longer, as the rapper seeks medical attention and Kim Kardashian is “rethinking everything.” But, E! has since shut down that gossip.

"Keeping Up with the Kardashians is currently in production and has not been halted," a network rep told Deadline.

While the series is still filming, it wouldn't have been the first time production has been halted this year had the rumors been true. Following Kim being robbed at gunpoint in Paris back in October, the family briefly stopped filming.

Kanye was admitted to UCLA Medical Center last week after canceling the remainder of dates on his Saint Pablo tour in the wake of erratic behavior and rants during the trek. According to PEOPLE insiders, while Kim has been by her husband's side during this time, "the last few months have been difficult for their marriage. They bicker a lot and things are not great."
