Real Housewives of Beverly Hills viewers who are used to seeing a shy pushover in Kim Richards are in for a surprise this season. Not only is she finally standing up for herself, but Kim just revealed to OK! Magazine that she is dating again now that all four of her children are out of the house.
"I'm learning how to find time to focus on me. All my focus has always been on my children," she says. "I have been on a few dates and I actually just met someone that is kind of nice. So I've actually just started my dating situation."
She may have just begun but it seems she might already be ready to call in the big guns. "I was actually going to call Patti [Stanger], the Bravo specialist here," Kim says of our Millionaire Matchmaker. "I thought maybe Patti would have somebody she might want to set me up with."
Another person Kim is leaning on is none other than Beverly Hills housewife Brandi Glanville. "It's so funny cause Brandi and I talk about, 'Seriously, Brandi, we need to find the right person.'" Kim reveals. "Brandi's kind of in the same place I'm at. It is time we find a good guy, the right person…I'm going to find the right guy for her," she coyly adds.
But is Kim ready to let Brandi or any of the other Housewives set her up on a date? "No!" she says emphatically, before revealing that she recently accompanied Brandi on a date. "Brandi had a date and she asked me if I would come along to help her out. But it was just to help her out. I would not go out on a date with the other Housewives!"
Regardless of what happens in her romantic life, one man Kim says she can always rely on is her dog Kingsley, whom she calls her "best friend, super fun, loving and never lets me down." Indeed the pooch just won the coveted title of Top Dog on Watch What Happens Live.
