The Don't Be Tardy star revealed on Instagram in a post on December 27 that she was in mourning. "Merry Christmas from the [Biermanns]. I know I’m late, but I was really enjoying time with my family and honestly I was pretty exhausted," the post began. "Sadly on Christmas morning my Grandma passed away."

Kim shared the news in a post that also featured a photo of her whole family, including husband Kroy, daughters Brielle, Ariana, and Kaia, as well as sons KJ, Kash, and Kane. Kim's grandma also knew what it was like to have a big, beautiful family, having six children of her own. "I remember always saying to her, 'Grandma how did you have 6 kids, I can’t Imagine!'" Kim wrote in the post. "She always said, 'There is more than enough love to go around.'"

Kim ended the post by giving fans a glimpse into the amazing woman her grandmother was. "She was an incredible woman who had more love in [her] heart [than] anyone I know. She will be missed by so many," Kim wrote. "Grandma I love you and I’ll never forget how you always made me feel so special."
