Andy Cohen Tries to Get Kim Zolciak-Biermann to Admit That She's Had a Nose Job

Andy Cohen thinks Kim Zolciak-Biermann has been looking a little different during her past few visits to Watch What Happens Live — and he hasn't been afraid to point that out to the Don't Be Tardy matriarch, either. Kim has been open about having work done on her breasts and tummy, but she has long denied that she's gone under the knife on her face. 

So when Kim made her way to the Bravo Clubhouse once again during Wednesday night's episode of WWHL, Andy hoped to settle the debate once and for all. The WWHL host enlisted the help of a split screen showing a photo of Kim from Season 1 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta on the left side and her current appearance on the late-night talk show on the right (clip above). 

As much as Andy tried to get Kim to see that, in his opinion, her nose has changed over the years, she maintained that she hasn't had any work done on it. "We're not gonna settle this," Andy said as he gave up on his quest. 

But Kim did agree with Andy that "everything's kind of changed" with her appearance since we first met her on RHOA. "Yes, it sure has. On that, we can agree," Andy joked. "It's all great." 

Kim also said that if she ever were to get a rhinoplasty, her nose would look way different than it does now. "If I'm gonna have a nose job, it's gonna be a hell of a lot shorter. For real," she explained. "It's not gonna go down into my mouth when I smile."
