Will Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Son Kash Have to Undergo More Surgery?
The #DontBeTardy family just got some big news.
Kim Zolciak-Biermann's son Kash Biermann has been looking as good as new as he recovers from injuries after being bitten by a dog in April. However, the Don't Be Tardy family has been awaiting news on whether Kash, who turns 5 in August, will need to undergo future surgeries to get him back to looking and feeling 100 percent.
Well, the Biermann squad finally got their answer. Kim informed fans on Instagram that Dr. Williams, the plastic surgeon who performed the surgery the night Kash was bitten, said that he is "pleased with his progress and he doesn't feel he will need additional surgeries."
Naturally, Kim was "feeling so blessed" after getting that good news. "THANK YOU GOD and Thank you Dr Williams for your magical hands. Kash's face was broken and had to be pieced literally back together and due to all the swelling/trauma you don't know for several weeks if more surgery is needed in order to align the face. Well we just got the news we were hoping for!" Kim gushed on Instagram. "This is nothing short of a divine intervention. Thank you for all your prayers you have no idea how much they truly helped! Upwards and Onwards."
Kim opened up about Kash's surgery and injuries on Instagram in May, posting a photo showing her son's left eye looking swollen as bruised, as well as a bandage between his eyes. "Kash has healed up incredibly and has perfect vision in his left eye. Stitches on his water line, and his eyeball was never touched!" Kim wrote in the caption. "So thankful to Dr Joseph Williams (chief of plastic surgery) and Dr Berland (Tomas Eye Group) [for] their quick decisions and impeccable work doesn't go unnoticed. THANK YOU."
And the incident hasn't quelled Kash's puppy love at all. The Don't Be Tardy son has continued to snuggle up to some canines ever since.
In fact, none of the Biermanns can resist an adorable dog (and who can, really?). See what we mean, below.
