Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif Tease Season 4 of Botched

What a night! When it came time for Paul Nassif to show off his latest venture and officially open Nassif MD & Associates in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (March 7), his pals certainly turned up. Of course, his BFF, Terry Dubrow, and The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Heather Dubrow, were right by his side, but a few of Paul's other close pals made sure to make a cameo. Kris Jenner, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'Kyle Richards with Mauricio Umansky, and his ex-wife, Adrienne Maloof, all stopped by the event to celebrate the Botched plastic surgeon.

And, fans shouldn't be too surprised to see Adrienne supporting her former husband, as Terry explained to The Daily Dish last summer. "What I do think is so cool is I saw Adrienne at a charity function recently and she said 'Paul and I are divorced and he's my best friend now,'" Terry shared at the time. "That is nice."

What a crew!

Together, Paul and Adrienne have three sons, Gavin, Colin, and Christian, and when we spoke to Paul and Terry last summer, he offered an update on he handles his busy life as an in-demand doctor as well as a single dad.

"What I do, especially [because] I have my kids a couple days during the week and then every other weekend, and Adrienne and I balance it very well. It works out. It's something that when I do have my kids at the house, I try to get home early and obviously I spend the time with them. And it's more quality time now since I'm not with them as much [so] you do spend more quality time," he said. "Yes, anything with any couple: if you can have two households that are better for your kids, you do it."`
