Who Is Kristen Doute's Boyfriend Brian Carter?

Kristen Doute has opened up her love life to Vanderpump Rules fans throughout the show's five seasons. However, we've never quite seen her as blissfully in love as she is now with boyfriend Brian Carter, who we met last season. 

Since then, Kristen and her beau, who goes by Carter, moved in together and even adopted a dog, Gibson. So who is this man that has wooed Kristen like no other?

Well, like many of the SURvers on Vanderpump Rules, Carter hoped to make a name for himself in showbiz when he first arrived in Los Angeles. "I’ve been in the entertainment business since I basically moved to L.A., which was 10 years ago now," he told The Daily Dish. "When I first moved out here, I worked as a producer doing movies, and I worked as a [production assistant] on reality shows. I was a server and an actor and a model."

These days, Carter is working behind the camera. "I got into photography probably five years ago," he said. "That’s what I’ve been doing, shooting a lot of movie posters and TV shows and whatnot for their marketing campaigns."

Carter said he never imagined that he'd end up on a show like Vanderpump Rules. "I’ve always been intrigued by the entertainment business, but I never thought I would be on a reality show," he shared. "But honestly this is the most hard thing I’ve ever done."

Luckily, Carter had a reality TV veteran in Kristen to be by his side the entire way. "The show’s actually been really fun. I’ve actually really enjoyed it. I became closer with everybody," Carter said. "I think our relationship grew. We definitely had each other’s backs. It was nice."
