Brace for impact! Change is in the air in “very wild” ways on Bravo's The Valley.

Kristen Doute, alongside her boyfriend, Luke Broderick, just shared that attention-getting heads-up during a chat with The Daily Dish.

Kristen says things changed "quickly" and "dramatically" for couples on The Valley when she and Luke were asked what to expect on Season 1 while at the red carpet premiere event for the series.

The Valley follows the journeys of five couples and two of their friends in the Los Angeles-area neighborhood. That group features some Vanderpump Rules alums, including Jax Taylor and his now-estranged wife Brittany Cartwright, plus Kristen and Luke.

What will happen on The Valley?

Luke fielded the question of what's to come on The Valley first.

“So this summer, a lot of friendships are really kind of put on the line. They’re tested,” said Luke, an outdoorsman with roots in Colorado. “There’s a lot of drama — way more than I'm used to, probably three years worth of drama for me, personally. You just have to watch and see. It’s a lot.”

Kristen seconded Luke’s take.

“I concur. I agree with everything that Luke is saying,” she said. “I think what’s going to be very wild, too, is the progression of the season. Things change pretty quickly and dramatically with couples and friendships.”

So much so, Kristen advised Bravo fans to be ready for anything — and not to miss a second of the show! “

Just buckle up,” she said. “You need to pay attention. Don’t even blink. Only grab a drink during commercial breaks or you're gonna miss something massive.”

Who is Kristen Doute friends with on The Valley?

Kristen then revealed who she’s tightest with when it comes to The Valley cast. That group also includes Danny and Nia BookoJesse and now-estranged wife Michelle LallyJason and Janet CapernaJasmine Goode, and Zack Wickham.

“I am the closest to Brittany, of course, and Jax and Luke,” Kristen shared. “Personally, I became very close to Nia this summer. I’m so happy she's a part of the show.”

Danny, an actor known for iCarly and Hannah Montana, among other roles, and Nia have three kids all under age 2.

“I’m so glad she agreed to do it. It was very difficult having 1-month old twins and an 18-month-old toddler," Kristen said.

While she shares plenty of history with her fellow former SURvers, Kristen observed that expanding her circle of friends has been a great thing.

“I’m very grateful to have had Nia and Jasmine and Zack,” she said. “Jasmine and Zack hands down, I think, are my favorite cast members.”

Luke has done his share of bonding while filming The Valley.

I started this season definitely closest to Zack, aside from Kristen, and that’s still kind of continued,” said Luke. “But I really got close with Danny and Nia."

Kristen noted there has been plenty of shifts since filming began.

“Oh, boy, I mean, I feel like our group dynamics change on the daily,” she said. “I can't tell you since we've wrapped filming how many times Brittany and I look at each other and go, ‘Where are the freaking cameras?’"

“And I’m not just talking about Brittany and Jax,” she added, alluding to the couple’s recent decision to separate. “I'm talking about the whole group. So it's just constant. It really is.

To keep up with the changes ahead, watch The Valley on Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo, and streaming the next day on Peacock.
