Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula Hit the "Lowest of Lows” Before Summer House Season 5
The couple opened up about the difficulties they experienced before heading to the Hamptons for the summer.
The latest installment of Summer House is just around the corner! Season 5 kicks off on February 4 at 9/8c, but Bravo Insider is giving viewers the chance to check out the first episode ahead of the premiere in the video, above.
This season will be unlike any other summer in the Hamptons for the cast, as they’re spending six straight weeks quarantined in a lavish new home together. Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, Hannah Berner, Paige DeSorbo, Luke Gulbranson, Danielle Olivera, and newcomer Ciara Miller will be “living together, working together, doing all the things together,” as Carl put it. Amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, they will not be heading back to New York City during the week as they had in seasons past.
As excited as the crew is to finally get out of their apartments and spend some time with their friends, it doesn’t seem as though everything has been smooth sailing in the months since they last partied it up in the Hamptons.
“We spent a lot of time together,” Amanda said of her time in isolation with Kyle. “Quarantine was hard on a lot of couples. Kyle and I definitely hit our lowest of lows. It was kind of like, ‘Are we going to walk away, or are we going to fix this?’”
