Back in May, Kyle Richards offered an update on where things stood in the sometimes-tense relationship with her sisters. At the time, she was "fine" with Kim Richards, but noted that there was still a rift with Kathy Hilton due in part to her show American Woman, the series which aired for one season and was loosely based on their mother's experience as a single mom in the 70's. However, despite not speaking for a number of months, she was hopeful they could clear the air and get to a better place, as she explained on WWHL and at the RHOBH reunion at the time (clip above).

In those months since, it seems something must have shifted since both Kyle and Kathy gathered together to celebrate Kim at a party held in honor of her birthday. "Off to my final birthday celebration with my sisters [Kathy and Kyle], so excited," Kim shared on Instagram. And on Instagram stories, Kyle shared a candid moment of her sister Kathy while they were all out together.

Ahead of the birthday party, Kim and Kathy each posted loving messages for their sibling. "I hope this year is magical and brings you much love, health & happiness. Love you!" Kyle wrote. Kathy noted, "I love you so much, wishing you the best year yet! I’m proud of you and to be your sister."

In August, Kim did offer some new insight into her own relationship with her sisters, with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum telling Entertainment Tonight, "I'm good with both my sisters today. I have a great relationship with both of them. Family is important and I just didn't think there's a reason for anybody or anything to get in the way of it, so we're all good."
