Here's Why Kyle Richards Used to Be "So Nervous" to Share Her Marriage on RHOBH
The RHOBH cast member reflects on giving fans an inside look at her relationship with Mauricio Umansky.
Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky marked 25 years of marriage during the September 1 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
To celebrate that milestone, they shared an intimate date night and toasted some champagne to their romance. But, as Kyle shared in the episode, being in a successful marriage wasn't always something she thought she could make happen. It's those kinds of candid confessions and open conversations about their marriage, as well as sharing sweet relationships moments, that fans have been treated to over the course of 11 seasons of RHOBH.
Back in the day, when she first started RHOBH, Kyle revealed in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 After Show exclusive to Bravo Insider that she was "so nervous" about letting viewers into her home life with her husband, but that is no longer the case (more on that in the clip above).
"Honestly after this many years you just don't even care," she said. "You don't even think about it."
In the clip above, Kyle also reflected on some of her favorite relationship and family moments from over the years on RHOBH, which you can check out for yourself.
Kyle even dished out about a little more scoop from the early days of her relationship with Mauricio, including what they argued about in their first big fight. The details include Kyle being pregnant and trying to also care for two other kids, Mauricio wanting to go play golf, and an emotional call to Mauricio's mom by Kyle.
"There's definitely things we did that we laugh about now because he was a kid," she added. "Thank god he has matured over the years, but not completely."
Below, she shares all the details of that argument.
