Ladies of London Alum Marissa Hermer Announces Divorce After "Tremendous Soul Searching"
Marissa Hermer received support from Kyle Richards, Caroline Stanbury, among others after sharing the update on her marriage.
Ladies of London alum Marissa Hermer confirmed that she and her husband, Matt Hermer, are divorcing after nearly 15 years of marriage.
Marissa confirmed the news of her divorce from Matt on Instagram, writing: "Together, through tremendous soul searching, we have evolved our relationship to a place that gives us space to raise our family, support each other, and grow our businesses.While our marriage was a success, it is now complete, and we’ve made the decision to separate. The love we share for our family and mutual respect for each other will continue to grow into our next chapter as we are committed to being parents, best friends and business partners."
After announcing the news, several Bravolebs including Kyle Richards, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Meghan King, Kathy Hilton, as well as Marissa's former Ladies of London castmate and current The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member Caroline Stanbury showed their support for Marissa by liking her post.

Marissa and Matt married in 2010; together they are parents to three kids: Max, 12, Jake, 10, and Sadie, 8.

Her BravoTV.com profile offers more insight into their relationship history. "Born in Laguna Beach and raised in Newport Beach, California, Marissa moved to London after graduating from Middlebury College in Vermont to start a public relations career. After jump starting her profession, Marissa moved to New York to work for fashion luxury powerhouse Nadine Johnson and later Syndicate Media Group and helped Ian Schrager launch a number of fashion, luxury restaurants and nightclub brands. While in New York, Marissa reconnected with London nightclub owner and restaurateur Matt Hermer and moved back to London in 2008," her bio reads. "They married shortly after and now have three children together. Marissa has used her public relations expertise to help grow the family business, the Ignite Group, a UK based international food, beverage, and entertainment corporation."
Us Weekly also reported on their split and noted that in addition to being parents to their kids, they do also have several businesses in the works together (as Marissa's statement hinted at), including: Lalou slated to open this summer on Melrose Avenue as well as Bar Issi in partnership with The Thompson Hotel in Palm Springs, which will open later this year.
