Want to know all the secrets of Julie Montagu's uber-healthy diet? Well, the Flexi Foodie herself is dishing all about it in her latest book, Superfoods: The Flexible Approach to Eating More Superfoods, out now. And while the book's recipes are devoid of any ingredients like refined sugars, the Ladies of London mon pledges that everything in there is not only 100 percent healthy, but also 100 percent tasty. "None of that stuff [like refined sugars are in the recipes], but it's still delicious food," she recently shared on WGN News. "In my journey in London, I started a blog which then somehow got popular — great. Luckily the recipes worked. And from that, then I got a book deal, and I've written a book that has just over 90 recipes. And its all meat-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free. They're yummy."
Previously, Julie — who is not only an expert on all things healthy to consume but is also a yoga teacher — revealed the best way to implement a healthier lifestyle. "Don’t overcomplicate things when it comes to your diet," she told Country and Townhouse magazine. "Eat a variety of wholesome foods as close to their natural form as you can and your health will soon thank you. It’s that simple."
In addition to Superfoods, Julie is also slated to release Eat Real Food: Simple Rules for Health, Happiness, and Unstoppable Energy, to paperback in March 2016.
