Here's Why Landon Clements Doesn't Believe In Girl Code
The #SouthernCharm pal thinks it's a "tacky" philosophy.
Some of the Southern Charm ladies thought Landon Clements majorly broke the Girl Code when she joined Thomas Ravenel on a trip to Savannah shortly after he and Kathryn C. Dennis broke things off earlier this season. But Landon made it clear that she doesn't believe that there is a Girl Code and that her actions weren't out of line.
Landon explained her stance further on Monday night's Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. "I just think that I live by a 'do the right thing all the time' code, so I don't think I need to differentiate between boys and girls. I mean, I never broke any Girl Code. I never hooked up with anyone," she said. "So the whole Girl Code thing is just sort of tacky to me, people who have to reduce themselves to that sort of vocabulary."
Well, what would The Real Housewives of New York City's Luann D'Agostino think about that?
And if you thought that Landon was also breaking Girl Code when she did a bit of flirting with Austen Kroll as Chelsea Meissner and Cameran Eubanks watched from afar during the group's trip to Key West, well, she's choosing to look at the bright side of this situation. "I don't know what I thought of it, to be honest," Landon told Andy Cohen, who asked for her take on the moment after watching it back. "I wasn't flirting; that's just kind of my personality. I know that's an excuse, and I'm sad if that upset Chelsea or whatnot, but I think it made her realize that she does really have feelings for Austen that I don't have for him."
