Leah McSweeney Apologizes for Putting Her Mother “Through Hell”
The RHONY cast member has issued an apology to her mom, Bunny.
Leah McSweeney had some tension with her mom during the current season of The Real Housewives of New York City when she admitted to her that she had started drinking again (clip above). The admission didn't sit well with her mom, Bunny McSweeney, after Leah had struggled in her youth.
She even emotionally broke down about the latest development with her mom to Ramona Singer: "All of my achievements have outweighed my failures, and I should not be judged on my failures, Ramona."
Previously on Instagram, Leah has even poked fun at her past, writing, "Every sinner has a future."
Now, just in time for Mother's Day, Leah, who is also a mom herself, has issued an apology to her mom alongside a throwback photo: "Throwback of me and my mama Bunny," she wrote. "Sorry I Put You Through Hell. Love You Mom."
For those wondering a bit more about Leah's mom, she previously shared on Instagram that she "been a licensed therapist for over 30 years."
And in case you're wondering, as Leah shared on RHONY, "Ramona and my mom are complete opposites."
