Lindsay Hubbard is “a little bit nervous” for people to watch Summer House Season 5.

The cast member opened up about her summer in the Hamptons home during an interview with Cosmopolitan, in which she got super real about the six weeks she spent under one roof with her friends and boyfriend, Stephen Traversie. In what is already shaping up to be a pretty explosive season, there’s one aspect of Lindsay’s experience that her dad is definitely not allowed to watch.

“I would venture to say that out of most of my cast mates, I am a little bit more liberal and free with being intimate with my significant other. So I am a little bit nervous about that,” she explained. “The last couple of years, I tell my dad what not to watch. I had to tell him not to watch parts of last season because of all the conversation around me and Carl. It’s like, ‘Okay, you can watch this week.’ He kind of understands now when I’m like, ‘Just don’t…’”

All the Summer House Relationships Are Getting Tested in Season 5

“It’s hard because there is a stigma,” she continued. “On the one side, you’re supposed to have sex with the boy that you love, who’s your boyfriend, and you’re living with him under the same roof. On the other side of it, it’s like, ‘Okay, well, but the rest of America is going to watch this.’ And you know, that’s a very intimate moment, guys. Some things you just want to keep sacred with your significant other. And then there’s times where you’re just drunk and you kind of forget and operate freely. So yeah, we’ll see.”

Her relationship with Stephen isn’t the only test Lindsay will face in the house this summer. During the February 4 season premiere, she had a conversation with cast member Hannah Berner about the tension in their friendship. Watch the ladies attempt to see eye-to-eye in the above clip.
