Lisa Hochstein wants to tear her house down. The Real Housewives of Miami star and hubby plastic surgeon Leonard, known as “The Boob God” bought an eight-bedroom mansion in ritzy Biscayne Bay at a foreclosure auction last year.

Since then the 88-year-old house has been at the center of a nasty battle between the Hochsteins and preservationists. Last week the couple invited reporters to come see their home which they say is uninhabitable.

“We bought this house with the intention of building our dream home. If we knew this was going to happen, we would have never purchased this home,” Lisa Hochstein told The Miami Herald.

They submitted an engineer’s report that claims the house is sinking(!), is 30 inches below the flood plain, and that the supports holding up the balconies are rusted and could collapse at any moment.

On the other hand, The Miami Design Preservation League claim that the report has shaky beams and isn’t really accurate. They want the home to be declared historic and thus saving it from the wrecking ball.

Lisa and her hubby want to raze the house and replace it with a spiffy 14,000 foot McMansion that would include a wine cellar (naturally) and five car garage.

“We bought this house with the intention of building our dream home,” she told The Miami Herald. “If we knew this was going to happen, we would have never purchased this home.”
