Lisa Hochstein shares new details about living in a $32,000-per-month apartment
During Part 2 of The Real Housewives of Miami reunion, which you can preview in the clip above, host Andy Cohen asked Lisa how she was feeling amid her ongoing divorce from Lenny.
"Now that I'm out of the house ... it feels so good," Lisa shared during the reunion. Andy then questioned Lisa about her living situation following her separation from Lenny, saying he saw that she was living in a "$32,000-a-month apartment."
Lisa revealed that in her "MSA," or "marital separation agreement," she is required to live "in proximity" of the Star Island home she once shared with Lenny. After looking at places in South Miami, she realized she needed to be closer to be able to properly accommodate her children, Logan and Elle.
Enter her boyfriend, Jody, who offered to "pitch in" with the finances of the rental, considering its hefty price tag. "Jody wanted to help and pitch in and we wanted more room so we could evolve as a couple. So that's where we are."

Lisa went on to note that she would be staying in the rental until the house Lenny is building for her is finished, which could take "two to three years."
After Andy asked about Lenny actually building her the house, Lisa reaffirmed that "legally he has to," and added that her kids' names are on the deed. "The kids are going to own the house," she revealed.
The only catch? Lisa can't live there with Jody if the couple decides to get married. "But, I'm not in a rush to get married," she confirmed.

When Andy asked for specifics in Lisa's ongoing divorce, she dropped a bombshell: "Oh, it's gotten significantly worse."
"How could that be?" Andy exclaimed in response.
"I don't know what his motive is," Lisa responded. "He's suing me for forks and knives and pillows and art — art that is mine, by the way. He just has it out for me."
