Cindy Crawford Gave Lisa Rinna's Daughter Some Major Modeling Advice

Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's eldest daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin's modeling career is off to an impressive start. In just the past couple of months, Delilah has landed a modeling contract with Elite Model Management, starred in her own editorial spread in Teen Vogue, and made her New York Fashion Week debut in the Tommy x Gigi runway show in September.

It sure sounds like Delilah knows what she's doing in the fashion world, but it never hurts to keep learning, especially when iconic supermodels like Cindy Crawford are dropping some knowledge just for you. "I was just talking to [Cindy] the other day about my spread in Teen Vogue. I was like, 'I don't know how I feel about the pictures,'" Delilah told The Daily Dish (clip above). "And then she was kind of comforting me about that, and I asked her for advice on my model walk, so it's cool to be able to actually know a supermodel as well."

Cindy has actually been a family friend of the Rinna-Hamlins for years, frequently vacationing with them up in Canada. Delilah is also friends with Cindy's daughter and fellow model-on-the-rise, Kaia Gerber.

Delilah, who turned 18 in June, is fairly new to the modeling game. "I started modeling when I was 17. Well, I was doing some small stuff in L.A., people on Instagram would DM me, photographers would DM me, and I would shoot with them, but it wasn't really professional," she told The Daily Dish. "People have come to me and have wanted me to model, so I don't think I was ever like, 'I want to be a model. I need to go into agencies.' I was never so adamant about it, but it's been really fun, and I love it."  

However, she already knows that she's going to need a thick skin to make it in the fashion industry. "I'm definitely worried about rejection. In the industry, there's always going to be a certain person that fits a role better, and I just think that's kind of what is messed up about the culture," she said. "The most important thing is to be mature about it, I think, and to not have high expectations so that you don't feel rejection." 

As for today's big supermodels, including fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid, Delilah said she is a big fan. "I think Gigi and Bella and Kendall [Jenner] are all stunning and elegant," she gushed. "I think they're all really cool."
