Lisa Rinna on Yolanda Foster: "I Do Believe She Is Suffering from Lyme"
The #RHOBH actress addresses her Munchausen syndrome comments and reveals what's next for the two friends.
Yolanda Foster isn't taking any gossip about her health lightly, and Lisa Rinna is now addressing comments she made about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills model and Munchausen syndrome, as seen in Tuesday's episode of RHOBH. Lisa spoke to The Daily Dish about the rumors around Yolanda's health, confirming that while she may have also fallen victim to the chatter, she does believe that Yolanda has Lyme disease.
"I felt bad that I had engaged in that conversation because I have been supportive, and I am supportive of Yolanda," Lisa said of the Munchausen conversation, which she elaborated on in her latest RHOBH cast blog. "And I do believe that she is suffering from Lyme. And, I think that it's complicated."
Following that conversation, Lisa hinted at what will come next in her relationship with Yolanda this season. "We're going to have to see how it plays out," she said. "I do think it's really important when you've opened up about something that is — you know, this is a big thing. I need to say this to Yolanda — and I know this. I make an effort to reach out to Yolanda, to go and talk to her, so I can be open and honest about this. [Coming up,] Yolanda is in the midst of having a very intense surgery and she does not want to talk to me at this point. And I respect that, and so time is going to pass before I get to go to Yolanda and talk to her and come clean with her about everything."
And, eventually, we will see the women hash things out. "Yolanda and I go through some really interesting ups and downs and we have some real honest moments," Lisa said, of the current RHOBH season. "I'm not afraid to go to Yolanda — even though I am — but it's hard to go and face someone when maybe you haven't said things that you feel good about. I don't have a problem doing it, and I end up doing that. Yolanda and I talk back and forth, and we do have many moments that you'll see play out."
Below, Yolanda opens up about her struggles with Lyme disease from earlier this season.
