Who Would Lisa Vanderpump Rather Hire Back to SUR: Kristen Doute or Stassi Schroeder?

Some SURvers aren't meant to have a lifelong tenure at SUR. Lisa Vanderpump's West Hollywood hotspot has lost a few waitresses over the years. Most notably, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute bid the restaurant a fond farewell. When the Vanderpump Rules boss stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen this week, she shared which of her former employees she'd bring back to the sexy and unique restaurant, if any.

"Oh no! If I had to, if I really had to, I guess it would be Stassi and that would really pain me to do it," she dished. "No, Kristen is a better waitress — but Kristen's in the middle of everything. She's literally in the middle of everything — including Brittany's legs. We talked about that."

That little bit of shade aside, Lisa reiterated why Kristen would not make for a good rehire at SUR despite her reasonably good skills. "But, I mean, she is in the middle of everything and so she drives me crazy," she said. "But she was a very good waitress."
