Fans of Lisa Vanderpump might be wondering how she manages to look so perfect all the time. Now the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is revealing her secrets to maintaining a healthy, youthful glow.
"Well there's a lot of things you can do, but I actually do embrace getting older," she said on The Dr. OZ Show Monday. "So do I fight against it? Of course I do. I have to. Do I have all the little tricks? A little bit of filler, a little bit of Botox, the Retin A, the masks, all those things. Yes I do, absolutely."
While most of her secrets might be on the pricier side, she did share one economic method. She makes a face mask made of honey, oatmeal and yogurt, which she wears for thirty minutes to moisturize her skin.
Sometimes I take 10, 15 minutes in the afternoon, just kind of lay back and relax.
It's not just about what she puts on her body that keeps her looking so good. She also shared that her low-carb diet includes some really great indulgences including red wine and chocolate. Her high-fiber diet also includes bran, which she mixes with the chocolate.
Taking care of your mental health is also important, too. Says the restaurant owner, who just launched PUMP in West Hollywood, Calif., this year: "I lead actually a very stressful life... so I do sometimes need to take 10, 15 minutes in the afternoon, just kind of lay back, relax, put on some classical music, close your eyes and just try to imagine your floating."
