Luann de Lesseps Is Headed to Broadway in a Show Many Real Housewives Have Appeared In
The Real Housewives of New York City cabaret singer is taking on a role that should be familiar to Housewives fans.
Luann de Lesseps is coming to Broadway!
The Real Housewives of New York City chanteuse announced she is in talks to appear in the Broadway musical Chicago after her cabaret tour ends.
"We're trying to work out a date," she told PEOPLE Now. "God knows I love to be on stage so that's good. It's a part that's fitting for me because it's all about class." As RHONY fans know, Luann literally wrote the book on etiquette and class: Her book, Class with the Countess: How to Live with Elegance and Flair, was published in 2009.
And Luann's long been a fan of the Broadway show: "I love Chicago," she said. She's in good company, too, as a few Real Housewives have appeared on stage in the musical. The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Nene Leakes and Kandi Burruss, as well as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Rinna, have all made star turns in Chicago.
