Luann de Lesseps is living large once again in the Big Apple. After moving out of ex-husband Tom D'Agostino's penthouse (you know, the one Martha Stewart used to live in?) following the couple's split in August, The Real Housewives of New York City mom has moved into a new pad in the Upper West Side.

Luann moved into her new abode earlier this month, she recently shared with Architectural Digest. She's already hard at work decorating the space, which has "killer views of the Hudson River."

The RHONY mom just finished a year-long renovation of her home in Sag Harbor, New York, which she purchased four years ago. Luann worked with RLW4 Builders to add a master bedroom suite, a dormer for her daughter Victoria de Lesseps' bedroom, a new roof and cedar siding, as well as other fixes.

Luann told PEOPLE in October that having her own place in Sag Harbor really helped her get through the first few months following her separation from Tom. “It’s my safe haven,” she said. “It’s been so helpful in terms of not having an apartment right now in New York.”
