Alexa was arrested by the Irvine Police Department for possession of Xanax and possession of drug paraphernalia on January 5, according to court records obtained by The Blast. Alexa was released from Orange County Jail the next day after posting bond, PEOPLE reports.

Prosecutors charged Alexa with two misdemeanor drug charges: possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance drug paraphernalia. She is set to be arraigned in court on March 4, according to PEOPLE.

The RHOC daughter has faced some legal trouble in recent years, including two misdemeanor drug charges in 2016; misdemeanor vandalism and petty theft charges in February 2018 for which an arrest warrant was reportedly issued; a misdemeanor drug charge in February 2018; and a driving under the influence of a drug charge in April 2018.

Alexa was arrested on multiple drug-related warrants on August 8 and booked into the Central Women's Jail in Orange County, according to The Blast. She was released from custody on August 12.

Alexa was later taken to court to enter a plea for charges filed against her in three separate criminal cases for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, vandalism, petty theft, and driving under the influence of a drug. She pled not guilty to all charges and posted a $5,000 bond, The Blast reported.

Alexa was then scheduled to appear in court in October 2018 for hearings related to those aforementioned criminal cases. After she failed to appear, a judge issued a warrant for her arrest, The Blast reported at the time. Her bond of $5,000 was forfeited.

In 2017, Alexa was awarded $2.25 million in a lawsuit over an alleged sexual assault.

Alexa was seen on RHOC during her mom Lynne's time on the show in Seasons 4 and 5. Lynne is also mom to Alexa's older sister Raquel, who now goes by the name Suttin.
