Dr. Heavenly Kimes Celebrates Daughter Alaura’s Latest Accomplishment: “I’m So Proud”
The Married to Medicine mom reveals her daughter’s recent milestone and gives the latest update on her “big role” in this first look at the July 10 Season 9 premiere episode.
Dr. Heavenly Kimes is all about family, and the Married to Medicine mom has made that fact apparent on more than a few occasions, sharing memorable moments with her loved ones, including many with her 16-year-old daughter, Alaura. And in a first look at the Season 9 premiere of Married to Medicine, Dr. Heavenly reveals the latest look at the “big role” Alaura has taken on, in addition to some other major updates on her family life.
As Dr. Heavenly catches up with her daughter in the above sneak peek, she tells her they “need to talk” about Alaura’s work schedule, which involves putting in hours at Dr. Heavenly’s beauty supply store, Heavenly Beauty. “Alaura has a big role in this beauty supply store,” Dr. Heavenly says in an interview in the upcoming July 10 episode. “I wanted to make sure she had a business that she could go into.”

In addition to Alaura’s role in her mom’s latest venture, Dr. Heavenly recently celebrated another exciting moment in her daughter’s life.
“It’s getting real!!!! [Alaura Kimes] taking her graduation photos!!” the Married to Medicine dentist wrote in the caption of her July 6 Instagram post, which captured Alaura donning a graduation cap and gown for her 2023 high school graduation photo shoot. Dr. Heavenly went on to add, “I’m so proud” along with the hashtags “class of 2023” and “senior year.”
Dr. Heavenly also tweeted about her daughter’s recent milestone of entering her final year of high school, writing in her post, “It’s getting real. Alaura is a senior in [high school] this year.”
She also reflected on how her daughter would soon be moving on to her next major chapter in life, writing in another Twitter post, “I love all my kids! But this one has been with me 24/7. I’m going to feel it when she goes away to college!”
