Melissa Gorga Celebrates an Exciting New Career Move: "It Was Worth Every Second"
"There is nothing like the feeling of being my own boss," The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom gushed.
In December 2015, following the successful launch of an HSN jewelry line, Melissa Gorga opened her boutique, Envy by Melissa Gorga. The Montclair, New Jersey destination was also built by her husband, Joe Gorga, and has an online store for shoppers outside the tri-state area.
Following the success of the Montclair location, Melissa opened a second Envy location in Ridgewood, New Jersey, that features more of the same stylish pieces and is "double the size" of the original store (the likes of which you can tour in the video above).

Details on Envy by Melissa Gorga's new location
"Another One!! LONG ISLAND!! I’m coming for ya!!" Melissa captioned a January 18 Instagram video teasing a brand new location in New York. "[Envy] is coming to Huntington Village this spring! I worked hard to be where I am and it was worth every second. I’m so grateful to everyone who has made my store a success."
In the video, Melissa walks out of the new, in-the-works Envy locale and flashes to a sign of Huntington Village and then back to herself popping a bottle of champagne to celebrate her latest move.
She continued in her caption: "There is nothing like the feeling of being my own boss. I talk to myself all day long. I push myself all day long. It’s always a good time to push a little harder!"
Melissa's hubby, Joe, noted how "proud" he was in the comments section.
Melissa Gorga's Envy fashion show details
In addition to celebrating her new opening, back in October 2023, the mom of three hosted her seventh annual fashion show featuring designs from the store.
For the stylish affair, the entrepreneur stunned in a yellow satin blazer with a matching skirt and towering black heels. Melissa posed in the look in front of a glittering step-and-repeat that featured Envy's logo.
In her Instagram feed, Melissa shared more about the affair. "What a dream," she wrote, to caption a video that shared a behind-the-scenes peek at the show."Can’t even begin to describe the energy in that room last night for [Envy by MG.] It was truly unbelievable."
She added: "I know you watched me build this business from the ground up and I could not be more grateful for all of your support." In the comments, her husband jumped in to sweetly write, "You killed it, I am so proud of you."
