MJ Reveals New Details on Marriage to "Amazing Husband" Tommy and How He's Making Her "Brag"
Shahs of Sunset couple Mercedes "MJ" Javid and Tommy Feight spill all about their relationship today while also sharing an update on their son, Shams.
Shahs of Sunset fans watched firsthand as Mercedes “MJ” Javid and Tommy Feight met, fell in love, got married, and welcomed their son, Shams. Well, time flies and Shams is now almost 5 (yeah, we know, like how?) and the couple will mark their sixth wedding anniversary (also, yes, we know, how did this also happen?).

Is MJ still married to Tommy? An Update on MJ Javid’s Marriage to Tommy Feight
The couple celebrated their fifth anniversary in April 2023 (No. 6 is right around the corner!) and Tommy didn’t miss the chance to reminisce about the special day, which was featured in Season 7 of Shahs of Sunset (clip above). He wrote in April, “[Five] years ago we took our leap into forever and ever! I am eternally grateful to have you by my side - Happy Anniversary [MJ] - P.S. thanks for the kid.”
Later on her birthday in August 2023, he shared another message for MJ, writing, "Happy Birthday to my favorite broad. 'Every day in every way, I am getting better and better.' I can’t think of a truer statement to be said about her this year. Keep crushing it daily. I love you!!"
The couple also share updates on their marriage on their podcast, Till The Dirt. The podcast gives fans an inside look at their relationship as well as the other projects they are working on. In fact, in a January 2024 episode, the couple sat down to "share their goals for 2024 and promise to keep each other accountable along the way."
Has being parents to Shams changed MJ and Tommy’s marriage?
In addition to using their anniversary as a chance to gush about his longtime love, Tommy also opened up about his relationship with MJ timed to Mother’s Day. “Happy Mother’s Day to my favorite Milf and the beat of my heart [MJ and] to
all the other Mothers out there — speaking for all the dads out there we are eternally grateful,” he wrote back in May 2023.
In 2023, MJ also shared a Mother’s Day message for her mom, Vida, and a message about the influence of Tommy’s late mom, writing, “Happy Mother’s Day to the one of a kind, my Mom [Vida] I love you very much. To Frances, Tommy’s mommy, my Mother In-Law, Terry Maguire, who [is an] amazing strength, light and all around great time. HMD to all the mom’s who make countless sacrifices every day to do the best they can to nurture their loved ones.”
BTW, MJ has just as much love for Tommy, naturally, as she spilled on Instagram last year: “Happy Father’s Day. Thank you for being such a loving, devoted dad. Throughout every day, we are so incredibly blessed to be parents to our little boy. We love you very much.”

In August 2023, Tommy shared a photo of Shams on his first day of school, adding, "Time flies."

In addition to hosting the Till the Dirt podcast with MJ, Tommy also oversees the nonprofit organization, Feight Club, which according to its official Instagram has a "mission is to put a book in the hand of any child who wants to read it."
