7 Celebrity Estates You Can Move Into ASAP
For a cool $100 million, you can live like a queen of country — or the King of Pop.
Last month’s $100 million sale of Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion to the owner of Twinkies and other Hostess brands dominated real estate headlines this summer, but the bunny ranch was by no means the only sweet celebrity estate that’s currently up for sale. You, too, can get in on the action, should you happen to have a million — or $100 million — to splurge on one of these celebrities' hot listings.
1. Merv Griffin's (100) Million Dollar Listing
Super agent Josh Flagg of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is seeking a serious buyer for the 12,000-square-foot, five-acre Georgian-style estate that once belonged to the late television mogul Merv Griffin. (You may have also seen the ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County staying at Mervs’s other estate in Palm Springs this season.) Merv entertained a who’s-who of Hollywood A-listers on the property and also filmed segments there for Secrets Women Never Share, his 1987 series that featured the likes of Raquel Welch, Joan Collins, and Lauren Bacall. It’s also got insane extras like a pine forest (complete with a cabin), saltwater swimming pool with pavilion, tennis court, and rose garden.

2. Michael Jackson's Thriller Villa
The King of Pop lived in what someone (perhaps other than him) dubbed the Thriller Villa in Las Vegas between 2007 and 2009. The interior of the 24,000-square-foot Spanish-Mediterranean mansion on 1.7 acres of land has since been remodeled, but still intact are opulent touches like a Medieval chapel that seats 74 people and is two stories tall with a hand painted sky.

3. Reba McEntire's Lakefront Estate
Lebanon, Tennessee is the place to be if you want to live like Reba McEntire, who has put her seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom waterfront Southern Colonial estate on the market. It’s sitting on 83 acres of land on Old Hickory Lake and has amenities like a mother-in-law apartment and a 16-stall “equestrian facility” ready for your thoroughbreds.

4. Jacqueline Kennedy's Regal Ranch
Jackie O. reportedly sketched out her dream ranch-style home, which was then called Wexford and built on a 39-acre property on Rattlesnake Mountain in Virginia in the early ‘60s. It’s ready for you to stock the stable with some horses, break out your tennis racket and bathing suit, and live out all your Kennedy fantasies that you didn’t know you had until now.
Asking price: $5.95 million
5. Michael J. Fox's Mountain Retreat
Strengthen your family ties by purchasing Michael J. Fox’s six-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Sharon, a scenic town in northwest Connecticut. His high ceilinged and impressively homey and relaxed nest was built in 1997 and sits on almost 73 acres of land with lush trees and mountain views.

6. Lucille Ball's Hollywood Home
The legendary late comedienne Lucille Ball rented this West Hollywood home when she first got to Los Angeles, so it might hold some funny charm for you. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom craftsman has avocado and lemon trees in the backyard and is centrally located just two blocks from bustling Fairfax Avenue.
Asking price: $1.75 million
7. Ike and Tina Turner's Groovy Pad
To some, Ike and Tina Turner’s four-bedroom, four-bathroom former abode in View Park (south of Crenshaw in Los Angeles) would appear to be a fixer upper, while others might like to preserve the funky 1970s leisure pad feel. If you want a good look inside the home beyond what the listing provides, you can Netflix and chill with it via the 1993 film, What’s Love Got to Do With It?
