Fredrik Eklund's NYC Home Is on the Market: See Inside the Apartment
The Bethenny and Fredrik realtor says he's had "magic" and "good memories" in his own million dollar listing.
It's a time of big changes for Fredrik Eklund and his hubby, Derek Kaplan. After becoming parents to twins back in November, the couple is moving into a new home. And for some big-budget real estate hunters in New York City, that's very good news.
On April 26, Fredrik took to Instagram Stories to share that his three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom Tribeca home is officially on the market. To showcase his pad's stunning interior, the Million Dollar Listing New York pro posted sentimental snaps.
"Goodbye to our apartment. You were good to us," he wrote, showing a photo of the plush living room and its sunset-over-the-river view. "All the good memories," he wrote next, offering a peek at a luxe dining space that offers gorgeous city views. In the bathroom, which is filled with his trademark "sexy marble," Fredrik pointed to the spot where his daughter Milla had her first bath. "So much magic here," he wrote next of the tranquil, spacious bedroom.

The official listing asks $6.5 million for the home, and notes extra perks including a fireplace, dressing areas with LED lighting, and new white-oak herringbone flooring. So if you're in the market for a (multi) million dollar listing, you may want to hop on that stat.
