'Million Dollar Listing' Preview: Josh Slaps Josh!

The new season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles may be halfway over—but the best is yet to come.

The drama only escalates—and eventually turns violent —as über-realtors Madison Hildebrand, Josh Flagg, Josh Altman, and Altman's new fiancée Heather Bilyeu go head-to-head in a new clip teasing the rest of the season.

Madison won't stop talking smack about Altman to Heather. "He's a grease ball. Just flat out, that simple," an exasperated Madison tells his former employee—and former bestie, whose seemingly happy relationship with that "greaseball" will be put to the test.

In fact, it looks like there's trouble brewing for Heather and Altman—and business is to blame. In the clip, she confronts him about leaving her out of his new company. "'We're starting Altman Brothers and Heather, you're not a part of it,'" she says, obviously hurt.

Then, over what should be a happy lunch, Heather and Altman go at it again while discussing the other Josh: "Flagg is just doing this to dig in my side," says Altman. An angry Heather hits back: "Seriously? Oh exactly. Are we living in the Josh Altman world?"

The Joshes go at it, too, in a series of expletive-filled exchanges that also see them flipping each other off. But that's nothing compared to Altman's nasty confrontation with Flagg atop a hillside property. "How do you look your grandmother in the eye, who worked from nothing and built an empire?" Altman shouts at Flagg, whose family members have been real estate titans for decades. "You're a lazy bitch."

Flagg's response? A hard smack across Altman's face!
