The Real Housewives of Potomac mom of three revealed that her baby boy was born with an inguinal hernia, which was in need of repair. "I had a rough day today as Baby Chase had to have surgery to repair the inguinal hernia he was born with. A 30 min procedure turned into 2 hours and proved to be more difficult than was expected," Monique shared. "He’s okay so I thank God!"

And Chase looked like he was doing just fine after his surgery. "3 incisions and he acts like nothing happened," Monique said in her Instagram Story, which featured a photo of her son looking super cool and cute post-procedure.

Monique also showed her gratitude for all of the love and support she and her family have received during this difficult time. "Thank you for the prayers!" she gushed in her Instagram Story. "Surgery was difficult but he's awake and smiling."

Monique actually got through Chase's surgery with a little help from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. She stumbled upon the above video of the ladies discussing which Housewives from other cities they would want to join the RHOA squad during the Season 11 reunion, and Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, and Shamari DeVoe all named Monique. "This made me smile," Monique said on Instagram. "I came across this video during the wait and it really put a smile on my face. It was so needed so thank you @porsha4real @cynthiabailey10 @shamaridevoe for the love you beautiful queens."

She also said that she "can't wait" for Part 3 of the RHOA Season 11 reunion airing Sunday at 8/7c. Same, Monique, same.

Monique shared that she also experienced a bit of a medical emergency after she gave birth to Chase on November 26. "I had a little health scare after I got released from the hospital, but I was in the hospital all weekend and got that cleared up and everything's great, thank god," Monique told The Daily Dish about a week after Chase's birth. "You never know what to expect when you have these babies, but I'm so blessed and so grateful and I thank everybody for all the well wishes and congratulatory messages. It's been truly amazing."

We'll catch up more with Monique and the rest of her squad when RHOP returns for Season 4 on Sunday, May 5 at 9/8c. Until then, take a look at everything the Potomac Housewives have been up to since Season 3, below.
