Kandi Burruss Reveals How Moore Manor Stacks Up Against Chateau Shereé
Which #RHOA home reigns supreme? The singer/songwriter weighs in.
As promised by Andy Cohen himself, viewers got to go inside Moore Manor and Chateau Shereé during the season premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. And we even got down and dirty in terms of how the two houses stack up against each another: Chateau Shereé is a 10,000 square-foot home with 5 bedrooms and 7.5 baths while Moore Manor is 6,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Which means, both houses are pretty fab.
Kandi Burruss has had the pleasure of stepping inside both homes, owned by Kenya Moore and Shereé Whitfield, respectively, and now she's revealing all. "I think both the homes are really great," Kandi told The Daily Dish. "Moore Manor is very modern and [Chateau] Shereé, it's like a castle. That house is humongous. So I think both houses are great."
Kenya and Shereé have had a deep a beef when it comes to the awesomeness of their homes, which began last season. But Kandi thinks their feud is kind of silly. "I feel like it's a major accomplishment for both of them as women to do such a big construction like that. I have dealt with construction myself personally and I know how it can be a headache, dealing with contractors [and] dealing with all of this, it can be really stressful," she said. "So for both of them to accomplish this, I think is great. For both of them to be arguing about it, I think is stupid. I feel like they both should be having positive things to say because they should know how hard it was and respect each other for that to know that we both accomplished something that is crazy and it was a really big undertaking."
Their feud may have seemed playful at times during the premiere, but Kandi hints that things will definitely get heated as the season progresses. "I, personally, feel like in the first episode things start out OK," she said. "But as the season went on, it got out of control. Like, are you serious?"
