Ariana Madix Shares the “Craziest Thing” That’s Ever Happened to Her and Tom Sandoval
The Vanderpump Rules cast member is one of several Bravolebs to score a nomination at the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
Ariana Madix is celebrating her recent MTV Movie & TV Awards nomination for Best Reality Romance alongside boyfriend Tom Sandoval. The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared her reaction to the exciting news on Instagram, dubbing it “the craziest thing ever.”
On May 11, Ariana took to her Instagram Stories to repost a tweet from MTV congratulating her on her nomination. “This is the craziest thing ever to happen to me but also please vote for us,” she wrote in the caption of the snapshot, also adding both a laughing face and heart face emoji.
Ariana isn’t the only Bravoleb to nab a nomination at the MTV Awards this year. Several other familiar faces from Summer House, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are also up for a prize at the awards show.
Summer House’s Lindsay Hubbard celebrated not one, but two nods, including an individual nomination for Best Reality Star and a show nomination for “Best Docu-Reality Series.”

She also went on to add, “And…. AND… #SummerHouse is nominated for “Best Docu-Reality Series” Please go vote!! This is MAJOR! Our little show is finally on the map!”
Teresa Giudice is also up for Best Reality Star. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member got some love from fellow Jersey ‘Wife Jennifer Aydin over her nomination.
“Congratulations to @teresagiudice for her nomination for Best Reality Star! Vote for her now like I did and you can vote everyday!” she captioned a post on May 12.
The RHOBH cast also had reason to celebrate after the show was nominated for Best Docu-Reality Series, with Kyle Richards nabbing additional nominations for Most Frightened Performance for her role in Halloween Kills and for Best New Unscripted Series along with the cast of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
Speaking of Ultimate Girls Trip, cast member Melissa Gorga took to her own Instagram to share her response to the show’s nod. “Wow!!! We are nominated for an @mtv award!! Best new unscripted series. Ultimate Girls Trip!!!” she captioned the post.
