BDSY's Natasha De Bourg and Dani Soares Call Sydney Zaruba Out for Being "Arrogant"
"For me, looking at the show, it's sad to see that," Below Deck Sailing Yacht's chef Natasha De Bourg said on WWHL.
It's not easy living with your crew mates in cramped quarters for weeks on end, as the Below Deck Sailing Yacht crew is currently experiencing in Season 2. And it's even more difficult to hear what they really think about you while watching the charter season back on TV.
So, when Natasha De Bourg and Dani Soares appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on April 19, the titular host gave them the chance to vent about their fellow Parsifal III crew mates by naming "one thing that annoys you about each person."
Natasha and Dani didn't hold back about what irks them the most about their fellow Below Deck Sailing Yacht crew members, including Alli Dore, Jean-Luc Cerza-Lanaux, and Daisy Kelliher (clip above). And when it came time to talk about Sydney Zaruba, they were both on the same page. "I just think she thinks she's better than everyone. It's sad. For me, looking at the show, it's sad to see that because I think we all had beautiful girls on the show," Natasha shared. "I just think it's unfair to think that you're better than somebody else. It's one of my pet peeves."
Dani added, "Yeah, I came up with the exact same thing. Just a bit too cocky and arrogant."
Sydney wasn't the only crew member Dani called "arrogant" on WWHL. She also used that word to describe first mate Gary King.
The most recent episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which aired on April 19, was a tense one for the Parsifal III crew, especially Sydney, who found herself at odds with Alli during the crew's dinner out that night. She later vented her frustration with Gary turning his attention to Alli during a chat with Daisy. Even though they had had a productive conversation about each of their feelings for Gary earlier this season, Sydney and Alli ended the night with a bit of a back-and-forth about working out and their work ethic that wasn't the friendliest.
Despite Dani's criticism of Sydney on WWHL, the two seem to be in a good place since working together aboard the Parsifal III. Sydney showed Dani a lot of love in a post on Instagram on April 15, which was reciprocated by the stew in the comments section.
