NeNe Leakes Promises Lots of Drama for 'RHOA'

NeNe Leakes has never been one to mince words and she's not about to let any of the other Real Housewives of Atlanta forget their place in the show.

One of the original stars of the series, the brazen housewife has no qualms telling Entertainment Weekly, "I’m the boss. I’ve been here since day one. I’ll be damned if anyone comes over here and tells me what to do."

She promises that the 6th season of RHOA, which premieres on November 3rd, will have, "A lot of drama. That’s what it is all the time. People trying to beef up their storylines. Trust me, I happen to be one of the very real ones. I don’t play a character when I come on to Real Housewives. I play NeNe, and there are girls who play characters. I am just who I am: I am NeNe Leakes."

NeNe can currently be seen just being NeNe as she plans her second wedding to ex-husband Gregg Leakes on I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding. Between dealing with bridesmaidzillas, and attending counseling session, she has also recently brought to light her relationship with her five stepchildren on the show.

"I love Gregg’s kids," she says in the same interview to EW, something Gregg recently corroborated in his own blog post for Bravo. "I’m sure Gregg’s ex-wife is watching the show, seeing me with them. I’ve never had anything against her, but the relationship with Gregg’s children is good," she continues.

She also reveals that after 17 years of being with Gregg, she's only met his ex-wife twice.
