There Goes the Motherhood Introduces Us to the Most Exclusive Mommy Group Around
Modern motherhood gets a whole new attitude when #TGTM premieres this spring.
Motherhood definitely isn't easy, but the mommies featured in Bravo's new series There Goes the Motherhood sure do make it look good.
There Goes the Motherhood follows six fabulous Los Angeles-based moms that meet through parenting expert Jill Spivack's highly sought after eight-week course. The class is not only a venue for moms Beth Bowen, Jen Bush, Meghan Conroy-Resich, Stefanie Fair, Leah Forester, and Alisa Starler to pick up some parenting tips, but it's also a place where they open up about the ups and downs of motherhood — and life.
As Stefanie says in the above supertease for the new series, "Thank God for mommy group." Nothing is off-limits in Jill's parenting course as the ladies dish on everything from raising kids in a culture of materialism to sexting with your husband. In fact, their relationship issues, from marriages splitting apart to trying to stay together are often the main topic of discussion during mommy group.
However, the moms don't just see each other during mommy group. They also let their hair down when they get together outside of mom duty for a few hours. And yes, that sometimes even means alcohol is involved.
Though all of these women are members of the most exclusive mommy group in L.A., their various backgrounds and parenting styles (ranging from a self-proclaimed "Stepford mom" to "an uninhibited, no-limits approach to parenthood") put them at odds with each other as well as bond them together. But in the end, they're all just trying to enjoy and grow from their journey through motherhood.
There Goes the Motherhood premieres Wednesday, April 20 at 10/9c, but you can get a sneak peek of the new series above.
