Newlyweds: The First Year alums Tina Sugandh and Tarz Ludwigsen got a sweet surprise to cap off 2016. The couple welcomed their third child, a daughter, two months early on December 27 at 8:43 a.m., The Daily Dish can exclusively reveal.
Little Snow Eleanor Sugandh was born weighing 3 pounds and 13 ounces and 15.75 inches. "Hubby came up with her name because she is a December baby, we love unique names, and also he believes she will grow to be as innocent and pure as snow. Guess he forgot who her mama is," Tina said jokingly to The Daily Dish via email. Check out the first photo of Snow, below.

Snow is baby No.3 for Tina and Tarz, whose family also includes 3-year-old son, Tarz, and 1-year-old daughter, Song. The couple experienced challenges with their previous pregnancy, which was full of bedrest, early labor scares, and an emergency C-section. Snow's birth was also a scary situation, since she was born two months ahead of her original due date — "way earlier" than when her first two children arrived, Tina said. Leading up to Snow's birth, Tina experienced weeks of hospital stays and "some really, really scary bleeding." Snow has been hooked up to oxygen tubes, feeding tubes, and nutrition IV bags since her birth.
But through it all, Tina said that her most recent pregnancy was "amazing," and the family handled the situation "with lots of positivity." "Honestly, it's been a really rough 2016...and me being on bedrest and then being hospitalized just made life that much more stressful," she shared. "But there are always blessings, and we know we have many, many blessings, and we're trying to only focus on them. We are living for the moments."

Tina has also experienced five miscarriages during the journey to growing her family (but none before she gave birth to Snow), which she opened up about on Watch What Happens Live in 2015 before making the surprise announcement that she was expecting her second child (clip above). She recommends that other women going through the same hardships stay positive no matter what. "My advice is the same as how to handle any situation. Force yourself to be positive. Nothing at all comes from being negative and hopeless. I've heard so many stories where a doctor tells a woman she can't have a child, and they miraculously do," she said. "Also, please know that there are so many women out there that are in your shoes. You are absolutely not alone."
As for Tina's other family drama with her dad, which viewers saw play out on Newlyweds, she said it's "still heavily 'facocked.'" However, he is having a blast being a grandpa and playing with his grandkids for hours and hours, from tree climbing to going on "magic carpet rides."

Tina has also been keeping busy launching a company to help other moms look as amazing as she did after every pregnancy. She spent her time while hospitalized and on bedrest during the pregnancy working on launching her own organic stretch mark prevention cream and stretch mark fading cream, which are now sold through her Mom on Top Shop, in addition to other mommy products. Tina also continues to keep her Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook (her handle is @TinaSugandh on all social media) followers updated on all of her adventures and dishes out life motivation and positivity, all through her lovable, unique brand of humor.
Tina and Tarz's family has definitely grown since we first met them on Newlyweds, but could we be seeing more of their spectacular pregnancy announcements in the future? "Well, I'm 87 years old and have, like, half an egg left, so I should say we are stopping at three kids," she joked. "But we are actually discussing a fourth, since we're really into self-torture and that kind of thing. Seriously though, kids are just absolutely magical and just way too much fun to not have a whole bunch!" Tina gushed. "Honestly, it's a good thing I'm 87, otherwise I would want like 14 munchkins. So I guess we'll see if we are done or not. Everyone says four kids will drive me crazy, but I mean come on! You guys saw me on Bravo. I clearly already went cuckoo for cocoa puffs a loooooong time ago, so I'll be just fine!"
