The Southern Charm matriarch spills all the sweet tea about her family and son Whitney Sudler-Smith.
We have some breaking Southern Charm news for you: "He's my only child and I'm sure I've spoiled him, but I don't care," Patricia Altschul recently told The Daily Dish about her son, Whitney Sudler-Smith.
Let's face it, this statement may not be so surprising to Southern Charm fans who have watched the tight-knit matriarch and her offspring interact over the years on the Bravo show.
However, there are some secrets about their family that may be shocking to learn about. And when Patricia was recently at The Daily Dish HQ, she spilled some more tea about her son — as well as their extended family, which you can check out in the video above.
As for sharing the spotlight with his mom, she noted that this is the warning he issued his sassy mama about appearing in front of the camera: "He did tell me at the beginning, 'Just be on it for five minutes and that's all you have to do.' And now he says, 'Mother, please don't talk too much. Watch what you say. Edit what you say.' And, of course, I just say whatever pops into my head. But I think that gives him ulcers."
Well, we're certainly happy she's following that instinct.
