Have Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof Figured Out the Secret to Being Divorced?

When Paul Nassif isn't busy in the operating room, the Botched plastic surgeon is all about making time for his three sons. Despite divorcing from ex-wife and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof in 2012 after 10 years of marriage, the couple are managing to put their sons, 13-year-old Gavin and 10-year-old twins, Colin and Christian, first.

"Everything's fine. All we care about is making sure our kids are being raised properly," he told The Daily Dish. "That's the most important thing. So we're fine. Status quo."

Though Paul does admit that while he and Adrienne are on good terms, finding a balance as a working single dad isn't always the easiest thing to do. "Obviously the network [E!] does the best they can to work with my schedule [while filming]. Sometimes...it's unlimited time and sometimes when we go away, when we film Botched By Nature, I am away from the kids. And it is hard," he said. "This is one of those things where you have to balance work schedule, family schedule, life schedule, work schedule, and it's hard. You can't always please everyone. But obviously, the biggest [thing], we're always trying to make sure we can take care of the children and we have them affected the least. And that's what we do. And again, it doesn't work perfect all the time, but we do a decent job of that."

When we spoke to Adrienne earlier this year, she also addressed the duo's current philosophy when it comes to making sure their kids are their priority. "It's constantly changing and [we're] working on co-parenting and being better parents. But it's a process. It's always evolving," she said. "You really have to find solutions. You've got to find answers. You have to be able to seek help if you need it. And in our case, we both needed to have a third party to help us through and guide us through this process."
