This Is How Adrienne Maloof Reacted to Paul Nassif's Baby News

Later this year, Dr. Paul Nassif will be a proud dad — again. He recently confirmed he's expecting his first child with wife Brittany Patakos, after they wed last October. And The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans will recall that Paul is already a pop to three kids with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof.

When The Daily Dish recently spoke to Dr. Nassif, he shared how his ex-wife reacted to his happy news.

"I kind of haven’t really discussed that with her. I mean she knows, obviously. She said 'congratulations' to both of us. So, I think a 'congratulations' is probably a good thing to say. But I haven’t really discussed," the plastic surgeon, who stars on Botched which airs Mondays on E!, said in a phone interview last week.

Paul has three sons with RHOBH alum Adrienne: Gavin, Colin, and Christian.

Back in 2019, Paul opened up about how Adrienne played an early part in his courtship with Brittany. Shortly after meeting at a medical meeting, Paul told HollywoodLife last year that “Boom! After that [first meeting] we had one date, our first date was at my ex mother-in-law’s wedding!”

Brittany added at that time, "So I met everybody, his ex wife [Adrienne], his kids [Gavin, Colin, and Christian]. He was like, ‘Let’s see how you handle it!'"

In an interview with Page Six also in 2019, Paul and Brittany recalled a holiday encounter with Adrienne and how she regifted a present to them in 2018. It should be noted, she may not have known gifts were being exchanged on that particular day.

"You know those … massage things that actually massage your ankles? She went upstairs to her bedroom, grabbed it, brought it down and said, ‘Here’s your gift.' So I said, ‘Wait a minute, so you didn’t go out and get me a gift? You just grabbed something from your room?’ A used gift," Paul said.

Paul and Brittany confirmed weeks ago they are expecting a girl this October; this is the first child for Brittany.
