The Real Housewives of Atlanta model said that the last time she spoke to Peter was three weeks before the incident, which she said surprised her. "Peter and I are no longer together. Of course, I never want to see anything bad happen to him," Cynthia shared in the above clip. "So I hope that that situation resolves itself, and I wish him well."

Peter was arrested after getting off a plane coming back from Jamaica at Miami International Airport on March 1. He was arrested on a fugitive warrant from Louisiana for allegedly writing fraudulent checks. Peter was then taken to Miami-Dade County Jail where he spent six days in custody before being released on March 6.

Peter's attorney, Keith Doley, delivered a $4,000 check on his behalf and said the DA's office will no longer be pursuing charges, according to E! News. "It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. There was no intent on Mr. Thomas' part to not pay," Peter's attorney told E! News. "There was a misunderstanding about a performance that didn't happen. It's all been resolved."

Andy Cohen actually broke the news of Peter's arrest to Nene Leakes when she appeared on WWHL on March 3. You're going to want to see her reaction, below.
